Creating a new insurance agency retail design concept developed around the theme of time relevance: a new service design model built around different level of slow and fast consultancy able to flexibly and promptly answer to clients’ needs.
Crea International design concept inspiration for Sara Assicurazioni comes from the concept of bar landscape, a new functional approach that allows customers to browse and navigate the space with their own rhythm. The layout foresees two main areas: a stylish bar counter, that works both as welcome desk and a first assistance and quick service point; a consultancy area, thought as a lounge bar where customers can relax while receive a more in-depth consultancy with an increased level of privacy.
The environmental branding dresses the space and makes it both a pleasant and informal environment. Graphic elements are present all over the space, from the entrance carpet that drives customers in the space, to the multi-colored walls where all information and product communications are displayed, transforming into an intuitive signage that drives easily throughout the space.
The color scheme used is quite striking too: the corporate dark blue is complemented by orange and cream applied to furniture, walls and partitions.
