Crea International designed a new art-luxury digital & physical immersive luxury design experience where guests can set on an interactive shopping journey. The Qamar experience has its roots in travel and embodies its native country’s aesthetics of quiet, pure and natural landscapes.
Undulating forms and flowing curves echo majestic Qatari vistas, punctuated with rich, luxurious materials and a palette of elegant desert tones to highlight the fashion collection. Tablets help creating a fully-personalized experience, thanks digital contents they help customers browsing products, receiving information and leaving reviews and recommendations. Customers can autonomously select their choice and place an order from their wish list. Automatically the item selected will be prepared in the executive luxury suites: private lounges with complementary services for discovering the Qatari culture and hospitality. Here customers can also virtually explore the ultimate collections or upload their personal guard robe to mix-and-match with their shopping wish-list. Tablets are also used to proceed to the final payment.
The front store façade and windows have been designed paying particular attention to the communication and will to let customers experience the Qamar lifestyle. Placed at the store entrance is a digital art floor which resembles a portal, symbolizing the transition from the everyday life to the artistic lifestyle immersed in a natural Qatari landscape. To create a sense of art-luxury shopping experience, each products have been displayed as an art piece in the large gallery grouped by lifestyle & category displayed preciously like an art piece with the enhancement of its visibility. At the centre of the store a stage has been placed displaying work of arts that can be replaced periodically.
