Designing a new telecom store design concept which conveys an ultimate experience bringing NOS simplicity and clear tech values to life through a more proximity side-by side interaction with the clients.
“In Portuguese NOS means WE”. This is how the briefing session with the second largest telecommunication provider of Portugal began, together with CREA International who took up the challenge to physical brand translate the identity of the company within a new retail service design experience.
The leading drivers of the project reflect the new strategic positioning of company focused on providing simple and clear technology solutions. The design concept is based on the "Engaging Pathway" metaphor which comes to life in the form of an iconic pathway which lends the space a fresh and eye catching look & feel which creates a central engagement path around which the service design areas interconnect each other. The center of the space is dedicated to the technological innovation showcase where a selection of co-marketing products are offered as informative experience.
Emphasis on discovery and education has conveyed within the “We connect" area: a multifunctional integrated community and waiting area where interactive walls invite clients to discover more NOS products and services. The multifunctional area can be also reshuffled into an educational playground where educational and training seminars are offered and held to enable NOS clients to make the best use of the products and services provided.
Customer care and consultancy take shape within two different “We Help” areas to perform fast consultancy operations standing in front of service counters, whereas slow consultation can be provided within private consultancy booths.
