Innovation is perceived from the branch entrance with an informal open space, where clients are welcomed by the bank attendants to take a seat in the centrally arranged high bar tables with stools. The use of digital tools facilitates the direct access to information, underlining the innovative identity of the bank. Evolved VTM (Video Teller Machine) stations are set for providing automated cash services supported by a remote advisor.  

Tradition and modernity are thus harmonized within renovating the customer banking experience in a Chiantishire typical inns landscape. Refined material recalls the territory color nuances, enhancing the concept of welcoming spirit creating a pleasant atmosphere unlike the typical banking scenario. ChiantiBanca strong linked to the territory and typical local agricultural products are showcased through touch-screen communication video wall and an integrated display system.
