The project challenge was to create a new retail banking service model characterized by a welcoming and comfortable environment for fostering customer relationship and enhancing the BCC Fiuggi Bank’s key role as cultural & financial landmark of Fiuggi's town territory.

The main strategic and creative driver derives from the Fiuggi’s spring water as a natural ancestral source of the local economical and touristic development which made the town one of the most renowned Italian and European spa destination over the 70’s and 80’s .

The service design model is dressed in a cozy and domestic design language environment where guests can comfortably take a seat, as if at home to easily fill in the forms on a wooden table.

Great attention has been paid to the material palette  which took inspiration from the spring water as key inspirational element and its related raw elements, such as the tuff as “tufo stone, the chestnut tree wood and eco-friendly tinged glass that are being recast a precious for the next generations of local craftsmen and clients. The environmental branding also focuses on the main theme of spring water, creating an effervescent shadow play running all over the retail banking branch perimeter.
