In occasion of the Dimensione Cliente, the annual meeting organized by ABI (Associazione Bancaria Italiana) dedicated to the retail market, Alberto Pasquini, our chairman and founder, held a speech on "How to reinvent the banking service design".

Even the banking retail has to face the digital transformation that opens new ways to offer services with innovative and original models.

For helping and enhancing the customers experience through new forms of communication, services and tools the companies have to take the responsibility to change the banks, in profitable banks, by creating new services and using all the physical and digital retail tools.
